Nothing but the sea beyond
The sea and ever glowing sun
Nothing but you and I
You and I and the never ending sky
Day dies down and gentle breeze
Catches my throat as I see
You so surreal under sunset
My heart stops in your silhouette

The way the crimson backdrop fades
The way your hair is caught in the wind
The way your shadow falls on your face
What it does to me within
Is unexplainable

Nothing but flowing ocean
The sparkle of ebbing tide
Nothing but the wisp of clouds frozen
Drifting so carefree through time
Soft moonshine drifts as the clouds part
Palest light and truest beauty meet
But the shadows hide the tears of my heart
With every single beat

The way the darkness fades
The way your hair is caught in the wind
The way the moon caresses your face
What it does to me within
Is unexplainable

I wish this was ever lasting
This moment between us two
Because my heart is bursting
Just watching you
I can't describe it
