push it below the surface
keep all this hurt within
how long can i take this?
you were my escape
letting it free
but there's no out take
not this week.
you say keep away
from all these hard things
i can't take it day after day
i want to tell you everything.
but you need this air
to get all this through
and i couldn't bear
to barely hurt you.
